HPC/Kaeser Omega Blower

The KAESER vacuum/blower units distributed by Marshall Brewson are availible in a lobe type (10kW-250kW) or a rotary screw type (30kW-110kW) both ranges work at pressures or vacuum.

The KAESER range of units can all be indvidually tailor to suit your application, with options such as corrossion resistance, fine vacuum, low vacuum, or Nitrogen conveying.

A full range of ancillary components for the units are availible such as outdoor installation kits, super silencing, dyers, heat recovery & the energy saving SAM4.0 controller

Becker Vacuum /Blowers

The Becker range supplied by Marshall Brewson goes hand in hand with the larger Omega blowers. These pumps are more specific used on smaller application requiring oil free air/vacuum or both. Marshall Brewson supply and service a range of side channel blowers as well as the rotary vane oil less pumps.

All major makes of vacuum/blower units such as Busch and Rietschle can be serviced by Marshall Brewson service team with only genuine manufacturers parts used.

The Becker rotary vane pump has a simple design with only one shaft and direct drive produces robust, long-lasting pumps with low maintenance and running costs. These pumps operate completely oil-free; the individual chambers are separated by long-life vanes. Already featuring integrated intake filters and control valves, these pumps can be fitted with other accessories without a problem.

The Becker side channel pumps generate low-pulsation suction air and perfected impeller design with curved blades guarantees optimum efficiency. Separation of the compression chambers on both sides of the impeller permits single-stage, twin-flow as well as two-stage, single-flow operation with only one impeller.
